Alfredo moved to Guam in 2005. Prior to moving to Guam, he lived in Chicago where he owned an Italian Restaurant. His well renowned restaurant garnered numerous newspaper reviews. Alfredo’s love for the restaurant business led him to the Hyatt as the manager for ‘Al Dente’. Alfredo holds a bachelor’s degree Business from Campbell University, N.C. and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, AZ.
His common-sense, people skills, and devotion to his work make the ideal Realtor under any given circumstance. He is hard working and does not settle for less. His friendly personality and Real Estate knowledge are beneficial to all his clients.
Alfredo's prior Military Service (S.F.) allows him to gauge the needs for military individuals, couples, and families moving to Guam. He undertsands their concerns and preferences, and delivers only what exceeds their expectations.

I arrived on Guam with only five days to find a place to live. It was my first time on the island, and I had no idea where look. I didn’t know the villages, price ranges, where the grocery stores were, or even where my new office was. It would have been impossible for me to find a nice place to live without the help of Alfredo Bustamante.
While I spent my days in the office, Alfredo worked tirelessly with my wife, day and night, showing her condos, homes, and apartments. After only a short conversation with my wife and me, he knew exactly the type of place, and in what neighborhood, we would like to live.
After four days, we finally found our new home. Alfredo even talked the landlord into lowering the monthly rent. We are very happy in our new home, and there is no way we would have found it without Alfredo’s help.
Alfredo went out of his way to assist even after our lease was signed. I was off the island when our condo became available and was unable to sign for the keys. Alfredo volunteered (we did not even have to ask) to conduct the walk-through with the landlord, and sign for our keys. Even in this, he was thorough and detailed. He noted many exceptions with the property, which will save us money when we do leave one day.
Even today, fully three months since we signed the lease, I get calls from Alfredo ensuring that everything with our condo is going well. He is quick to offer his assistance with problems that are beyond the scope of his responsibility.
I am confident when I say Alfredo Bustamante is the best real estate agent on Guam. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone.

I live and work on Guam. I have family on Guam. I own a home on Guam. I have friends on Guam. Guam is my home. When I deal with clients, I give them a real picture of Guam and its neighborhoods. I am very much familiar with Guam’s various aspects, and I present these to my clients, especially those who have just moved to Guam.
